That is terrific!! Just think, you are almost halfway there after the first week. That is good. Just take one day at a time. YOU CAN DO IT !!!!

think backwards--that's what i do. do you remember what food you were really craving but didn't eat on day, say, 4?  i don't.  but i'm so pleased with the results now!  so i think to myself, i really want to eat so and so right now, but 11 days from now, i won't care!  it will help!

Good for YOU!

Do not let yourself get discouraged by food!  All you need to do it make it to through 35 more pounds.  That may seem like a lot, but one week ago it was 50!

You can totally do this.

Congratulations Lisa!  You have made it one week.  And losing 15lbs must be a wonderful feeling for you!!  I was very excited when I started losing weight on the pre-op liquid diet.  I didn't think it would work (I wondered how it could be any more special than any other "failed" diet I did) but it did!  And now it is working for you!!  I can't wait to see how much more you lose in the next week!

I feel like doing a LISA cheer, but all I can think of is:

Lisa, Lisa, she's our man. . .

and that isn't really appropriate!

So how about a:

Gimme an L

Gimme an I

Gimme an S

Gimme an A

What does that spell?   L-O-S-E-R!!!!!!  (in all the right ways, of course!  you're a winner, girl!  keep it up!)
