its been a while

i never post anymore. just dont feel like it. recent medical issues.......blood work is in....i am hypoglycemic my blood sugar went from 77 prior to 3 hour glucose test to 33 right after it. dont know why. blood pressure dropped from a healthy normal range to 60/90 at the time my blood sugar dropped. dr wants me to eat a low GI diet...ummm yeah ok when I get time I will sit down and figure that one out. also put me on Glycet for the blood sugar and insulin spikes and so on. my daughter got mad and moved out a month ago.....she just turned 18 this week. Told me I am a horrible mother and a fat cow.....nice kid huh?? I was 233 now 160 and she out weighs me but calls me a fat cow. my cats have destroyed my x-mas tree.....bahhhhh humbug. I give up. Bi-Polar Betty quit 3 weeks ago and work is hectic but the peace and sanity we now have in the office is wonderful. anyhow I am still here in Marion...livin my dream.....hahaha..... have a good day huggs tammy

I was just wondering the other day what had happened to you, and here you are!  Well, what are we to do with you and this sugar mess??? That blood pressure doesn't look so hot either. Yeah, good luck is right with the low glycemic diet. The woman who owns the salon where I work has been trying to do that for about a month now and it's tough, tough, tough. Sorry about DD leaving. My 18 yr old niece moved out this week too.  Those little chickens gotta go sometime, but they don't have to name call in the process. Keep us up on what's going on. Take care!
