I'm Still Around

Hey Ya'll! It's true, I'm still alive! For those who don't know me I am "MOM" I'm am 32 months post op. I've been at goal for quite some time now. I started at 237lbs and have maintained between 118-123. Yes it's true this HAS been a VERY busy year. Lets see....Jan I was settling back in to "MY OWN" home. Feb I was dealing with life in general. March my 16yr old wrecked his truck and I was remodeling 2 bathrooms, April my oldest was going to Sr. Prom, May my oldest wsa graduating from high school, May I got divorce and met the man of my dreams a week later, then went to St. Louis for a 3 day wkend. June who the hell knows what I did, I sure can't remember. July my man was very sick, I was in a car accident and $6000 damage was done to my car, Aug he was on 3rd shift so all my evenings were his and we got engaged. Sept went on a 3 day to St. Louis again, Oct went on a 7 day cruise, starting moving out of my little house, Here it is Nov and we are having Thanksgiving dinner for 12 at our house. I'm still not completely moved out of my little house, need to sell it, have a dog to find a home for, my middle son is a Senior....oh yeah and I work full time......And ya'll want to know WHY i'm not on much any more????  But life IS good!!! Got to wear a skirted bikini on my cruise and had a blast! Check out my profile. And  Oh YES I was on Court TV two wks ago. What a great time I had in NYC, just not enough time, I wanna go back!

Wow you sure have been busy.  It is nice to hear how you have been doing.  I like how you explained everything month by month, maybe I will do that with my christmas letters this year!  LOL It must have been exciting to go to NYC, I have always wanted to go there.  Been through NY and I have been to Buffalo NY when I went through immigration to Canada. 

Thank You for your reply. That is how I realized I was staying so busy, I started thinking about what went on this year and then I started to write it down. I was like "WOW" It HAS been a busy year. NYC was awesome, what I saw if it. I stood in front of the Empire State Bldg, it was amazing, I loved it. Shopped on 5th Ave that was incredible. I hope 2008 is a bit more relaxed. LOL MOM

Hey MOM!! Remember me?  You came to see me in the hospital when I had my surgery.  I saw your cruise pictures, you still look fantastic!  And I'm so happy that you're engaged...I hope you find happiness this time around I need to update my profile, but this has been an amazing year for me.  When you saw me in the hospital I still had doubts that it would work...but it has.  I've lost 90 lbs. and am down from a tight size 22 to a 10...an 8 in skirts.  I have about 20 lbs. left to lose to make it to my goal.  I couldn't be happier! Sounds like your living life to the fullest...I'm right behind you there!  I might be needing the name of that plastics surgeon you used in a few months.   Take care, Denise

Holy Moly Denise! No way is that you!!! You look fantastic girl, I am so proud of you! YES, it has been a VERY busy year. With my new man it's non stop. We are always going somewhere and doing something, which I love! My x didn't do crap. lol The plastic surgeon I used was Dr. Robert Moffett. He's awesome.
