Just checking in!

I just wanted to let everyone on the Arkansas board that I'm alive and well. I'm six and a half months out from my LapBand Surgery. I've had three fills AND I'm down 80 lbs!!! I am having a great life at present. I'm happy, healthy, busy, and I've finished college. I'll graduate with honors on December 15th. I have no regrets and I'm doin' great. My new avatar is up and that's basically why I'm testing the boards.  Have a GREAT day and if anyone has doubts about pursuing surgery for weight loss, it's NOT a cop out and it WILL give you your life back.

Hey Vicky! It was so great to get the e-mail from you last night and then pop onto the board today and see your post. You looking absolutely stunning in your new pic. Such a dramatic difference. As if you are not already proud enough of yourself, let me say that I am proud for you. You are doing amazing. Hopefully we will run into each other at an upcoming support group meeting. Keep up the great work!!   Karen
