pictures

Where does every one find the great pictures they use instead of their own?

My thoughts exactly!!! I was wondering the same thing. If anyone can help us out with directions it would be great!! Thanks.   Karen

Look on the left side of this page where it says, ObesityHelp Arkansas Weight Loss Forum.  Go to the bullet that says 'user settings'.  Click on it.  It will take you to a window that will let you upload a picture or animation from your computer.  Note: it has to be smaller than 100x100 pixels and only 20kbs big.  I downloaded the pumpkin from a free site online (don't remember the name of the site I just types free animated gifs in my explorer bar and kept looking until I found one I liked).......this is done by putting your cursor on the picture/animation you want to download and then 'right click' your mouse and save."where ever you want".For ease we will say save picture or target in desktop.  Then after you have saved the picture/animation to your desktop you just follow the directions on this site, listed under 'User Settings'.  Also when you are saving the picture if you right click you can see how big it is under propertys.  Hope this helps.  Linda
