Where are our oldies??

Hey, just wondered what happend to all of our oldies? Rhonda T, Angie T, Mysty (Johnnie S) and all the others.  Glad to see all our newbies still active, and I admit, Im not as active as I used to be since I work 12 hours a day.   Hope all are doing well.  I finally got a day off and so its house cleaning and mule riding and trash hauling.   I was supposed to have my follow up appointment w/Baker on Wednesday, and there was a scheduling error, so I dont know when I'll see him, oh well. Everyone have a great weekend, congrats on all the poundage lost, Evelyn and Amy and everyone else is doing so great, lets keep up the good work.  Im off to have a protein shake and get some housework done.   Hugs to everyone-- Rhonda

Hey Rhonda,  Long time, no see!  Hope all is going well with you.  Sounds like your new job is working you to death.    I'm doing fine.  Just had my 2nd fill on Tuesday of this week so I'm hoping for some restriction. Talk to ya later! 

I do not consider myself a long termer, lol.  I am 7 months out and down 117lbs with 45lbs more to go.  How is everyone doing this beautiful Arkansas Friday?

Hey Rhonda Girl!

I miss you too!  Just caught up in life!  Ya know, hunting season starts in the morning and so does our busy season. I find myself trying to get ready for winter months at work and  trying to wind down all the summer stuff at home.

Going to Dr. Gibbs this week for my 6 month check up. I feel great! Glad you are doing good. I am going to try to make the support meeting this month....what about you?  Haven't herd from Angie lately and Susan is back at work now too. I think we all feel so much better now we are trying to work ourselves to death! Jodi is like me, she pops in to check on everyone but is in such a hurry she just does not post all the time.   Let me know about the support meeting. Hey Susan & Angie, Let us hear from ya! Hello everyone.  I know it's been a while since I was on here.  Sorry about that.  I am frequently on the quix board and since I have limited time, it seems I gravitate to the place I get the most information.   I do miss all my AR buddies on here!  Several of you I have met and there are others I'd really like to meet!   Any of you that live in the NWA area, let me know and maybe we can meet up for lunch one day!  I work all over NWA from Springdale, Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Alma, Fort Smith, etc.  I do employee benefits so I am on the go alot.   Hope you ladies (and any gents that may have joined) ar doing very well!! So glad to hear from you, I have wondered about you often, but knew you were prolly just getting so thin and feeling so good, there was no time to get on here.  I have gone back to work full time and life is so great.  It has its ups and downs, but I cant complain.  I have lost 107 pounds in 8 months, and feel better than I have felt in years.

Wow Rhonda D it sounds like you are doing great!  This surgery has truely saved my life and made it a more full life!  Congradulations on the weightloss!  I've got about 40 more that I'd like to lose, but if I stay where I'm at, that's okay too!  I'm healthy and feel really good. Margie
