In case you didn't know, Nutritionist on the diet/nut forum

Hey gang, Not trying to be a big Cheerleader  for OH, they can toot their own horns, but they've hired actual Nutritionists to answer questions we might have. You can go to the "Diet and Nutrition" forum and ask any question you like. I think I've seen at least three different people posting replies. You might want to go check it out. Very good info, and if you're unable to get a hold of someone through your doctor's office or JoBeth, they're a great back up. Hope everyone is doing well. Hugs to all!

I'm glad this post made it's way back up top.  I had forgotten about the Nutritional Board.  I definitly need to go over there.  I have lots of new questions and I am sure I can find some answers over there.
