Were you at the WLS support group tonight at Baptist?

I was there and getting prepared for my surgery on the 24th and was just wondering if any of your were there tonight?

Hi, I didn't have a ride to LR so I didn't get to go, but I am sure there were several members from here that were there.   Was it a good meeting?  What did they talk about?

I thought it was a great meeting, but don't have anything to compare it to since it was my first.  We mostly talked about the surgery itself and what to expect.  It was also awesome to hear some of the success stories.  My surgery is on the 24th so I'm starting to get a little nervous, but the meeting really made me feel good about my decision.

This was my first support meeting and I thoroughly enjoyed it.  I have to admit though that you made me laugh unconcontrollably on the "34 long" comment.  I can TOTALLY relate (maybe why it's so hysterical). . . . . .I look forward seeing you at future meetings.

I was there, brown shirt, at table w/34 longs!!!!  God I love the support groups, sometimes I think I talk too much, but hey, Im there to share!!  Im so excited about your surgery, you will do well.  I will be coming to support groups 10 years from now b/c I love them so much.   Welcome to our wierd world, Its definitely a journey, but a journey Id "lay here and do again tonight" If we can help you any, let us know!!!
