Mesotherapy?

Have any of you guys heard of the treatment mesotherapy? I've looked it up just to read about it, but my sister-in-law did the treatments. It is suppose to be an alternative to liposuction. It's actually shots of stuff that they put into the fatty deposits to eliminate them. I was just wondering if any of you knew anything about it or had tried it. Thanks! AT
