I Updated My Avatar Picture

I put my old avatar picture in My Photos. The picture is so small I can't tell a difference since the surgery (even though it's only my face). Maybe after a few more weeks. I know I have more "before" pictures somewhere, but I haven't had a chance to get them on here. I lost 40 pounds over a 3 year time frame before surgery. I know if I could find pictures from back then, I'd really be able to tell a difference. I mean that was 58 1/2 pounds ago!
