I just wanted to pop in and say You're doing great!  It sounds like you're on top of things, I know you were well prepared going into surgery.  However, knowing what to expect and actually experiencing it are two different things.  We've all been there, and come out of it.  If you feel like crying, go ahead and let it out...you'll feel better.
I will offer you the same advice I offer all new post-ops...ONE DAY AT A TIME.  Don't worry about tomorrow or next week or even next month, just start with today.  Do what you know is right for today, go to bed knowing you did something good for yourself and your body, then get up tomorrow and do it again.  Before you know it, you'll be in a routine and feeling back to normal.  You'll look and feel great and then you'll think, Why did I worry about this?
It will be worth it in the end.  Give your new tool time to work.  In one month's time you'll be a whole new woman.  Remember, one day at a time.
Take care,
Denise
