BMI............

Should be banned....according to my BMI.......I am obese....so I went from MORBIDLY  to just plain OBESE...................can someone stretch me....I am 5ft nothing and weigh 158 which gives me a BMI of 30.8.....  i need to be taller it is the BMI thingy that is discouraging to people....even if you have come a long way it still just rains on your parade. So therefore I have the attitude...if i am in a size jeans that is lower than the average size in america today...I AM OK!!!!   The average size is 14 I am in a 12. I have decided the elliptical is not my friend it is a torture device from the days of King Arthur..... I have not been on it since June. I do not like it Tam I am...I do not like it with scrambled eggs and spam....I do not like it with strawberry jam.....I do not like it...no no no ma'am Today I wore my SUPERGIRL thong...I had these great powers until 10am when I realized it was falling down....thats not fun....I bought it in 2002-2003 so I was still losing.....today I was walking into the post office and it was all wadded up around my hips...in my jeans no less....so there went my super powers............BLAH!!!!!!! ok I have to go........... ciao, Tammy....with the new hair......

OK, now this is the right attitude!!!  Isn't this whole thing we're doing about feeling better and not the dang numbers???  You're healthier now than before your surgery, so SC**W the numbers!! Are you happy where you are? Size 12 jeans are a wonderful thing, they're not 24's, where you used to be, so don't worry, be happy Sorry about the superpowers dropping off you. At least you weren't wearing a cute sun dress where they could be around your ankles, huh? And Tam I am, that elliptical and you just never got along. I say sell the dang thing and find something else you will use!  Like more concert tickets Off to work, making the world a prettier place! Love ya

did you see my new hair.....it is so cute. am I happy in a 12 not really considering I was in a 6 in 2003.  I feel I should bond with the elliptical....it could firm up my J-LO booty. Today a guy I knew whistled at me on my way out of the store.......he has not seen me in 2 years. I dont think he knew it was me. LOL

Yes I am happy my jeans caught my thong.....that would be bad going commando in a sundress.

So Monday me and elliptical are gonna go at it once more......of course my true love is the treadmill...I too shall spend time on him...wow that sounds perverted...oh well if it makes it bearable...anything to boost my drive to work out.  ok so anyhow.....I have to go huggs, Tam I Am
