Well, he**!  Ok,  lots of water? How much protein?  When I'd stall I'd up my protein, even started drinking two protein drinks a day. It really worked, and  then when I had all these surgeries I kept it up to promote healing. Even though I was laid up I still lost, so I think the extra protein ( 100-120 grams a day) really did it for me. You look wonderful amongst your boxes and I know you feel a bunch better. Did I read you're going to be back to AR for your six month check up with Dr Baker???  Tell me when and I'll mark my calendar. Keep your chin up, this stall will break and then it's free sailing! Love and hugs

If you were to add one protein drink (I mix mine with about 14-16 oz water 'cause I like it less sweet) you'd be getting in your MINIMUM fluids and your protein total would be closer to 100-116 grams a day. I think it will help to do that, and try to get even more fluids in on top of that. Don't forget, a few weeks after I broke the stall I was really sick and in the hospital. The food wasn't WLS friendly so I didn't eat much there, and then had no appetite when I got home. I don't know if I can attribute the "big finish" to what I did diet wise. Gary is still putzing around with the wedding photos, so I promise as soon as he gets them done I'll post his web site. Things aren't going too well for him at work right now, so I don't want to pressure him. He's got enough on his plate.

Jodi~ I went thru a stall about a month ago.................Real Bummer!  Susan is right ( as usual ), up the protein and water and it will kick start you again! I drank an extra bullett everyday for about 5 days and then one day.......4 lbs gone!   And another thing- - - - - stay off the scales! I am down to weighing once a week and posting the results on the April forum. It helps me to be accountable and I only weigh myself on Sunday Mornings. Did I tell ya I MISSED YOU! ! ! ! ! I am glad your back ! ! Huggs, Rhonda

Hey Rhonda, Congrats!! You're doing so well, I'm sure you are feeling great too. I read your profile and it sounds like you're enjoying the journey. Laughed at the"leg in the shower" comment, I know just what you mean. Isn't it wonderful our Jodi is back? Take care
