I'm Back!!!!

Hello gang, its Geri in BB. I am back and smaller..yeah...down 60lbs..wow didnt seem possible.  I had a bad week a couple weeks ago.. the day of my fill i had a 7 car pileup with my new car..booo..totaled and got extremly tight.  I could hardly drink water.. I had to get a cc taken out..now I can eat everything which is making it tough..I have only gained back the 5 I lost the week before..I am still at 257..I go for another fill on Sat so hopefully I will back at the sweet spot..talk soon..feeling good other wise...geri

Geri, So good to hear from you, have been really worried about you.  Man, that sucks about the wreck, but glad that you are ok.  We will take a 5 pound gain to have you alive. wow you are doing great...86 lbs..doesnt it seem strange to have that weight gone so quickly??? I am just amazed that I was able to loose the 60 in such a long time without any real struggle..except the occasional too much and suffereing through that fun..I just hope that Sat goes well and I will be eating the proper foods again.  Soon I will be on one of those horses, one of my goals, to ride again, and not feel like I will kill one of the poor guys..talk soon geri

is it really a full 5 pound weight gain or flux? I was told that weight gain is when your weight changes more than 3-4 pounds higher and weight loss is when your weight changes 3-4 pounds lower. Does that make sense?  So you may have only gained 1-2 pounds actually do to flux. Such as fluid retention and what could other "waste" in your body. I did not want to get graphic on that. Dont be discouraged. You have done great and you are doing great. Tammy
