Surgery pushed back

Hi All, Just wanted to let everyone know that I found out today that my surgery going to be moved to the 30th of July. I was really disappointed cause I was supose to go for my pre-op tomarrow. I'm ready to get this show on the road!!!!!! But then I thought about it and I i'm kinda glad cause I went to my pcp Monday, and they think I have the SHINGLES.....anyone else ever had that. It's pretty painfull, I guess I just been under alot of stress lately with things that didn't concern my WLS. I want go into all that cause we all have problems. Keep  me in your thoughts, i'll be on that losing bench real soon. Johnnie

Sorry about your setback. My husband had shingles a few years ago. The Dr told him the same thing about it being due to stress. I think his lasted just a little over a week. I will keep you in my prayers.  God Bless, Tammie

Honey, I'm so sorry this is happening to you!  I guess it means we're going to be able to have that bench that much shinier for you! There are great drugs the doctor can give you for shingles that will help lessen the severity and duration of them. Hope you can get it taken care of soon,  I feel for ya! Keep that chin up, we're here for you!
