Why is my ladybug on the wrong end?

I was going to count down days to surgery, but that didn't work so I'll just do pounds even though I have had surgery yet.

Hey your ticker isn't at the wrong end because when you lose weight it will tell you how much you have lost and how much you have left to go you will see as you start to lose weight after your surgery. lots of luck to you.
