Hi All,
My dog got me up at 3:30 in the morning, so by the time I got home from work, made dinner and ate, I was about ready for bed. So...that's why this is late. Oh well, I'm sure you all got if figured out without me!!
Here's Wednesday. Still thinking about today.

B: tortilla with 1 slice roast beef/1 slice cheese 19 grams
1 bottle Isopure protein 40 grams
L; left over pasta e fagoli soup 10
D; 1/2 c jambalaya made w/ turkey sausage, chicken and shrimp 13
totals: 885 cals 94 grams protein

S: protein bar -- 15g
D: 3 oz. almond chicken 1/4 cup brown rice with broccoli and cheese -- 19g
mini bag of popcorn -- 3g
701 calories, 62g protein, 61 oz. fluids
Not a great day, but not too bad
Well, some days are better than others, and so here goes:
B: 3 bites scrambled egg, 1 bite biscuit and 1 bite hashbrown
S: Grapefruit juice
L: Low Carb whole wheat tortilla w/1/4 cup shredded cheddar
S: Two crackers w/cheese slices
D: 2 oz grilled pork chop and 2 tbsp. mac/cheese
S: No time for that, dinner was at 8:30
Im not sure about calories but I know my fat content has been pretty low today, and my tortilla had 9 grams of protein. I live on whole wheat flatout (oval shaped) tortillas and shredded low fat cheddar these days. Prolly not the best of choices all the time, but it goes down well, and Im having issues w/meat again. Hope Im not getting another stoma.
