Crazy couple of days here, sorry I didn't get this in yesterday. We can just post Friday and Saturday together and it will all be good!
Friday:
B Sm tortilla w/ 1 slice roast beef and 1 slice cheese, heated 19 grms
Isopure ready to drink protein 40 grms
L Activia yogurt w/ FF granola 7 grams
D 1/2 fillet mignon, green beans 11 grams
FF SF Vanilla steamer w/ calorie countdown milk 12 grams
Total: 802 cals 89 grams prot
Saturday:
B: 1/2 c cantaloupe and FF cottage cheese 11 grms
FF SF Latte 12 oz made with calorie countdown 12 grms
L OOPS, no time
S 1 piece chicken fajita jerky 6 grms
1/2 Isopure protein drink 20 grms
SS FF Vanilla latte 12 grms
D Who knows?
Total so far 61 grams protein
Not bad considering. I have gotten in my vitamins and calcium but not my liquids

I know that I have to keep looking at the big picture but jeezz Im starving. I want foooooood.
today DH is making chili dog/brats and I keep trying to come up with a way to have one.
I wonder if I pureed the chili and brat with some beef broth that make it "liquid"??
10 days to surgery.
