Pie recipe
OK, I confess, it was me, lol. I'll gladly share my recipe with you guys, b/c it is the BOMB!!
1 box sugar free jello (four serving size) any flavor 1/4 cup boiling water 2 8 oz containers of sugar free yogurt (make sure flavor corresponds to jello flavor) 8 oz cool whip graham cracker pie shell Dissolve jello in boiling water, stir well and let cool a few minutes ( I stir mine in front of the a/c window unit.) Add in yogurt and mix well. Fold in cool whip, continue folding till combined well. Pour in pie crust and let cool for 3 or more hours. This sets up like a cheesecake consistency. I have tried the following: Lime jello, lime yogurt Strawberry jello and yogurt Peach jello and yogurt. I have bought some mixed berry jello and will use blueberry yogurt with it. If the pie crust has too much sugar for you (it does me) use Sugar Free shortbread cookies and crush them like you would if making a graham cracker crust at home. You can also put fresh fruit on them, I made the peach one, and put fresh peach slices in the bottom and on the top. Toooooo delish!! My next adventure will be Strawberry/Banana jello and yogurt w/strawberry and banana slices on top!! Hope you all enjoy!!! Rhonda
