2 MONTH CHECK-UP!
Went to Dr. Gibbs yesterday for my 2-month check-up. Incision is finally closed and I am cleared to wear my Bra again and SWIM! Yea.....Laps, here I come! Doc & Carrie were both very excited about my weight. Doc said to keep doing what I was doing. I am always nervous to weigh but since wls It just don't bother me anymore. I wore my regular heavy shoes, jewlery and even ate lunch before my appointment. I also had my cell in my pocket. I still lost 47lbs in 2 months! WOW. My scales say 52 in the morning but I am going with 47. Sorry I missed everyone last night, we had a family emergency. I will make the next one. Sounds like it was a great meeting before the meeting and also with JoBeth. Huggs, Rhonda T

We did have a good time and we were pretty good during the meeting not to get too distracted

At least JoBeth didn't yell at us or anything!
Everybody at the meeting heard but since you weren't there I'll give an update on me too. It was 30 days on Thursday and I've lost 36 lbs and 12 1/4 inches. I was blown away by the inches - well the lbs too but the inches really got me. I've gone from a 24/26 to today I'm wearing an 18 - comfortably. I'm going to be in trouble after an 18 - that's as small as I have in my closet! I suppose I'll start investing in some safety pins until I level off.
I'm so glad that you are finally all healed and can start swimming. I'm still cautious about the swim suit! Take care - AT
