What ch' eatin' Thursday edition

Hey everybody!! I did so much better today. I have actually felt like eating a little more today...i do stress "LITTLE" more. Also, I took the steri strips off of my four incisions today. It doesn't look as bad as I thought that it would. Anyway....here's my dining pleasures for the day.....
Breakfas****er
Snack- SF cherry popsicle/water
Lunch- 1/2 of a container of SF vanilla pudding/water
Snack- SF orange popsicle/water
Dinner- cream of broccoli and cheese soup (blenderized)- about 6 teaspoons SF strawberry jello- about 4 bites or so water Karen
I spent the day painting my bedroom with hubby and moving all the furniture around, I hadn't realized until now that I did all of that and never, not once, got out of breath...that wouldn't have happened a few months ago. I was actually able to keep up with hubby, YEA! Here's my day: B -- Slim Fast Low Carb chocolate shake (I think I'm addicted to these) -- 20g S -- nada L -- Atkins protein bar (chocolate chip cookie dough) -- 14g S -- nada D -- 2 scrawny little pieces of pizza, thin crust, not greasy -- 15g
8 oz. calorie countdown chocolate milk before bed -- 8g
1/2 protein bullet (fruit punch) -- 21g
Total: 784 calories, 78g, 71oz. fluids
Not a bad day, in general. The pizza upped my fat intake a little more than I'd like, but I can live with it for one day. I burned well over 1300 calories from all the painting and moving I did today, according to fitday, so I guess I can afford it today.
