Hi all! Well, it was a pretty good eating day for me today. Had lunch late and in between clients, but got it in.  My back is killing me, so this will be a quickie. Bkfst.      LF cottage cheese (4 oz) with NSA cherry pie filling          11 grams L            South beach diet Sesame Chicken wrap                               21 grams D            Left over beef veggie soup w/ 1/4 cup dreamfields mac       8 Snack    NF SF vanilla steamer made with Calorie countdown milk    12   Protein drink                                                                                                     35 Total                  788 calories      86 grams

Well, we are still in Bible School so my food today didnt start out great, but we made it work. B  20 oz coffee

S  4 LF Trisciut's w/1 teaspoon of an awesome cheeseball L  Leftover spaghetti from last night S  Whats that?? Ha Ha D Grilled rib, bout 3 oz, 2 tbsp potato salad and 3 tbsp corn I have had almost all of my required liquid, and have taken all of my vitamins, andddddddddd..... I worked out again today for the first time in 6 weeks.  I finally felt strong enough to go back at it, so I did.  May kill me tomorrow, but what dont kill us makes us stronger.   Susan, I sure hope you get to feeling better, cuz thinking about you being woozie suzie makes me wonder if you are gonna be table dancing again!!!! My day started out pretty good, but didn't end so great. B:  11oz. Slim Fast Low Carb chocolate shake -- 20g S:  nada L:  3/4 cup chili with low fat shredded cheese -- 18g S: nada D:  1/2 hamburger (homemade) -- 15g S: medium banana -- 1g 1/2 protein bullet -- 21g 75g, haven't calculated calories on fitday. com yet, but less than 800, only 59 oz. of fluids A little while ago I was watching TV and a Cheetos commercial came on...they looked so darn good and I had some in the cabinet (for my kids)...I ate a handful of them and now I feel like CRAP!!!!  My head is spinning, my head hurts, and my heart is racing.  For anyone considering doing something stupid like this,  DON'T!  It's not worth it!  And they didn't taste nearly as good as I wanted them to

Sooooo sorry you can't come to the meeting tonight. I wanted to tell you in person how great you look!!! You know, this whole journey is about learning a new way of life, not learning a new way to DIET!! So, now that you've learned your lesson about Cheetos, that's one more for the win column.  I learned the lesson with diet soda. Have never been a big soda person, but hubby is and one night I just couldn't stop wanting a sip of his diet coke.  Try as I could I could not get rid of wanting that soda. While his back was turned I stole a sip It was awful!!!!  Sure didn't taste anything like I remembered it.   We'll be thinking about you tonight, happy painting

Thanks Susan for the heads-up on the iron in the multi-vitimins blocking the calcium. I have started taking them at different times now. Have I told you lately I appreciate you? Well I do! Breakfast: Oatmeal- 6-7 tsp  made with calorie countdown milk Lunch: Chili w/ beans and cheese 5-6 tsp Dinner: 2 bites of ham ( very small) 5 tsp great northern beans couple bites of new potatoes I drank all day! Coffee, Lattee, water, tea, crystal lite,  and more water! Got all my vitimins and only 1/2 my protein bullett (21 gr) I will do better tomorrow. BTW - I walked twice today!

day 2 of liquid diet 5 shakes 1cn of beef broth 2sf popsicles bowl of sf jello eating the jello while the kid and hubby ate dinner helped alot to not making me feel like Im missing out. nutti:wave:

Ugggggghhhhh!!!!!   I did not want to eat anything today. Guess it was just one of those off days! Hopefully, I will be better tomorrow.... B  water L  sf popsicle/water D sf strawberry jello- about 1/2 container      water Tomorrow will be better.... I hope!!!    Karen

So I'm a little late on Wednesday. But here goes -

B - 2 bites of Special K cereal, 1 bite of lf cottage cheese

S - Water

L - 1/2 slice of toasted bread, 1 oz turkey, 1 slice LF cheese

D - 2 slices LF cheddar cheese, 5 wheat thins

S - tried sf Guilt Free ice cream - was sick for 2 hours. Too soon for that I think.

AHHHHH another one of the journey's lesson's learned.   Nasty ice cream.  Just 'cause it says guilt free doesn't mean it won't bite you in the backside!  Don't trust 'em, I say.

Angie,   Just wanted to give you a heads up about Sugar Free products.  Most of them have sugar alcohols and you have to watch out for those.  They bother some people, others they don't.  A couple of the protein bars I eat have sugar alcohols, but not enough to bother me.  I've tried other things and they've made me sick, including sf ice cream.  Try looking for No Sugar Added instead of Sugar Free, they are usually better and won't make you sick.  And remember, Sucralos is OK.
