hello.....not in a good mood too much going on at home. everyone needs to take in as much water as possible.....especially in this heat.......especially those newbies. i did the usual 20 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins on the elliptical thingy (we are still not friends). I did not do all liquids yesterday.....I can go all day but when I get home I am a ravenous pig. I ate a chicken breast.  my weight is at 154.5, so thats another pound. I am hungry off and on, but like I said it hits after I get home from work.  Things are crazy this week...tomorrow is my sisters birthday which means pizza party.....and bi-polar betty who is also my co- worker is on vacation the rest of the week so that means I cant leave for lunch....I will have to smell the pizza. I honestly believe my family and others want to see me eat and gain weight....they are very quick to put food on a plate and set it in front of me. I know that is mean.  Anyhow, I am going to do my best to get through this, no promises especially with the stress at home. My 17 year old and I tied up this morning. I told her to go live with her dad. Long story....we do not get along. I have numerous issues with her and she is very disrespectful to me.

Well I am gonna go....sorry I am not in a good mood.  sorry tammy

I'm sorry you're having a tough day - hopefully it can perk up as the day goes on.

I don't see how you drink as much as you do. I know you are several years post op but at this point I can't even begin to imagine drinking 150 oz of anything! See even in your struggles you are an example! Most days I can get about 40 oz of fluid in. I've still not made it to 64 oz. I'm trying but it hurts to drink too much. I finally figured out that if I take 2 drinks in a row - it's going to hurt. I guess I'm still at the sipping stage - I don't know. It stays on my mind though so hopefully I'll work up to at least 64 oz.

I hope your day gets brighter - give me a shout if you need to talk. AT

My dear Tammy and the Twins, Bad days suck like a major Hoover vac, but I guess we have to have the bad ones to appreciate the good ones.   You are such an inspiration to us newbies.  Im 4 months out, but still learning every single day.  I am raising a nephew who is 14, and I have had one other nephew that moved out last year, had him from 15-17.  What is it with kids at that age, think they know every dang thing??? Im so proud of you and the elliptical thingy, I know its a torture chamber.  I use the one at our Civic Center here, or I did, until I had to stop working out.  Im going to try and get back on it today.  But its been sooooooooo long, it will prolly strike out with its demon teeth and bite me in my big flabby butt!!!!! Hang in there and know you can personal message me at any time.  I do wish we could meet, maybe someday you'll say, "Take this job and shove it" at least for two days, Ha Ha, and come see us all. Hang tough, Rhonda

i've had 64 ounces so far:  a blend of crystal light cherry pomegranate and nectar roadside lemonade protein supplement.  i'm floating to the bathroom often, but it's SOOOO much better than the chocolately protein shakes.   surgery next wednesday!
