Not nearly as good as you, but much better than yesterday.
B: 11oz. Slim Fast Low Carb chocolate shake -- 20g protein
L: 1/2 Pita Pocket Bread, whole wheat with 2oz. chipotle citrus turkey strips, 1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese and a dollop of light sour cream -- 22g protein
S: medium banana -- 1g protein
D: 2 oz. chicken breast, small corn on cob -- 11g protein
S: 8oz. Calorie Countdown chocolate milk -- 8g protein
62g protein, 717 calories, 71 oz. liquids
How do you make your chicken salad? And the black-eye pea salad sounds good, what's in it?

Gosh, I feel really really bad today, after reading all of ya'lls intake. Been on the road alllll day long, so it has been difficult. So, here goes-- B 2 slices bacon S What was that?? Air L Meat from a Mc.D's double cheeseburger, pressed down to get all possible grease out S Again, what was that?? D Ordered 3 tacos, tossed the shells, added salsa and low fat sour cream, (thank God the restaurant had it) and ate alot of it. Left prolly half, but got in some good protein, and I asked, they use ground chuck for meat S 2 pieces SF Vanilla Caramel Lots of tea, water, and Crystal Lite, not sure of amounts, but at least 44 oz of tea and 32 oz of crystal lite. Got my Vitamins allllll in, Multi's, Calcium, and B-12 Tomorrow is another day, and Im determined to do better. Hugs, Rhonda

L - 2 slices lf cheddar cheese, 6 lf wheat thins
20 oz water - sipped all day
D - 1 slice toast, 1 slice lf cheese, 1 oz deli turkey
S - 1/4 cup sf white chocolate pudding with 1 tbsp sf cool whip and 1/4 of a lf graham cracker mixed in for crunch
I tried to get in another protein drink but forgot to take it with me to watch the basketball game (oldest son is at team camp this week - fun!)

B- water ( I know I am supposed to eat but I just can't do it yet. It hurts if I eat early in the morning. I have never been a breakfast person so this is the hardest thing for me. However, give me breakfast at night any day of the week!! ) S- haven't started that yet!! L- cream of broccoil soup (blenderized)- about 4 tsps. sugar free strawberry jello- 3 tsps. water S- none yet!! D- same as lunch Can't stand to waste that leftover soup so dinner will be the same as lunch for a while. I'm getting the hang of this whole process. Just need a little time!! Karen
