Gee, you guys are so inspiring. Im so glad Susan said no judging, b/c today has been one of my worst days, nutrition wise. I must say I got my vitamins in, my B-12 and my calcium, but my food has been not so great. We are doing Bible School every morning this week, so, here goes my day!! Breakfast-20 oz coffee from McD's Mid Morning Snack-2 Sausage Balls (that I made) made with low fat cheese and low carb baking mix Lunch-Bryan All meat hot dog on Whole Wheat/Whole Grain bread
Mid Afternoon Snack-1/2 celery stick w/peanut butter in the middle Dinner- Its still cooking!!! Beef stroganoff w/low fat milk and low fat sour cream, and some corn I have had aproximately 32 oz of decaf tea, 32 oz of crystal light, 20 oz of coffee, and Im still sipping. I'll do better tomorrow, I promise!!!! Love you all, Rhonda

Breakfast - 2 apple slices and 2 tbls cottage cheese
Sipped 16 oz Crystal Light all day
Lunch - 1 slice of potato, 1 tbls of rice, 2 broccoli heads
Snack - 11 oz protein drink
Dinner - 1 tbls of pasta with lowfat sauce, 3 green beans
Snack - 2 sf fruit popsicles
I still don't think I'm getting near enough liquids - but I'm trying. I still can only sip - can't yet take a full drink.
I did get all my vitamins taken so that's my food day!

so today was my last day before the liquid diet I had a late start to the day....getting up at 11:30 woke up by company who didnt leave till almost 3pm I wouldnt eat in front of them and they ate before they came. so when the hubby went after the kid he picked up chinese buffet. yumm yumm for snack tonight I had 2 boiled eggs and a sf popsicle how do you keep from thinking about food and eating while on the liquid diet??? 15 days and counting! nutti:wave:
