making progress Monday
ok...thats todays new title......as we are all making progress toward a healthier lifestyle. so anyhow....how was everyones weekend? Mine was filled with naps and sunbathing. I got a slight sunburn on my new boobs.....the girls did not mind as it was just the exposed areas that got the sun. oh yea....I wear a bikini top and shorts........I try to cover my J-Lo booty with shorts.
So onto my "timeout" way of eating......I failed miserably as of Thursday.......so I am starting over but this time it is all liquids no solids. Today I got up at 450am and let Louie Dog out.....walked 20 mins at 3mph on the treadmill....got off it let Louie Dog in and did 20 mins on the dreaded elliptical thingy......I am bound and determined to have buns of steel in no time. Ok one thing I have learned......as I have become long term post op it is easier for me to track everything with a journal.....like water and protien. The further post op I became the less water I consumed. Just a helpful tidbit for you all. It helps me now. There are days where I was not getting 10 ounces of water a day........I guess you get used to life after a few years. I am reading a book called "the secret"......ya'll should check it out. It has helped me some today. Hard to explain.....it is all about positive thinking and how if you think it and also see that positive thought......it can be achieved. I dont know I cant explain it. But I told myself that today I will not be hungry.....I will complete those exercises and I will follow the rules and I will have postive results. So far I am doing just that. Ok....so how was everyones weekend? Did everyone consume their required water, protiens and vitamins???? Maybe it would be helpful if we each post helpful hints and also our progress with things. It would be helpful for the newbies. If anyone has a question to ask me I can try to answer it. Well I must go now....my 100 ounces of water has me peeing every 5 minutes. have a good day huggs Tammy.
