Johnnie, I always just hit 0 when the message starts playing and 9 times out of 10 that will get you either Christie or Becky. If you get the voice mail keep calling till you get a human. I had to do that and it paid off. And they dont seem to mind the persistance. Good luck, Rhonda

just keep calling back! when Christy answered the phone one day with a Hello Lynette...I thought oh boy I been calling too much. but she is always kind and assuring that they are SWAMPED

so keep calling...the squeaky wheel gets the grease!   even if you get a voicemail leave a msg....then they know you called. this is as much on you as it is them to get all of your stuff in and documented! GOOD LUCK!

Hi Mysty, you just have to keep calling and emailing and calling and emailing.   It usually takes them a while before they ever reply to me.  They have yet to call me back and I have been calling for like 4 weeks now, but they have replied once on the patient hub. I am gonna try pressing "0" tomorrow when I call and see what happens.  I hate not being in contact with someone because I always want to know what is happening every step of the way and I like to have confirmation that they have gotten something if my dr send something to them, like a lab report or something.  I want to know that Dr Bakers office got it. You know what I mean??
