Just moved to NWA

I have just moved to NWA (Rogers) from California. I had an outstanding PCP in California it took me sometime to find one that I liked. I now have to start all over. Can anyone recommend an Obese sensitive doctor, preferably a male as I have an easier time opening up to male doctors. I really want a doctor who not only understands the issues of working with obese patients but also has the equipment (scales, large blood pressure cuff etc.) Any advice/assistance would be greatly appreciated. Good morning Kevin, I am not familiar with doctors in Rogers, but I have friends there who I bet could introduce you to area doctors. Our friend Paul Lester is pastor of Calvary Chapel, and I would be willing to bet that he would be a good contact. He is a great guy, and knows a good number of people in the area. Kevin, next sunday is the suport group I attend in Rogers I can ask at that time about Drs for you then. surely the folks there whill know which Doctor will meet your criteria! my own PCP here does not have scales of BP cuff for large persons...although they are very considerate to me and a couple of my large friends. good luck in your search...let us know how it goes for you nutti
