Heading to Little Rock

HI all my Arkansas people. I am heading to Little Rock in the morning to have my plastic surgeon consult. I am so nervous. More so then meeting Dr. Gibbs. I guess because then I knew I was fat and he could help me. Now I keep thinking they are going to tell me I need to lose more. Or they can't help me. I don't know you know how your mind plays with you. Wish me luck, Jennifer 361/180/? 18 months out tomorrow!!!

How exciting! I understand how your mind works - I myself can come up with every possible reason why it's going to go wrong and probably invent a few. Just stay positive and it will work out. Good luck! AT
