support group meetings??

Hi everyone! I have a question for anyone who can help. I live around Helena (10 miles from the Mississippi River) and I was wondering if their are any support group meetings held close to this area. It takes me about 2 hours to get to Little Rock and I was hoping their may be a meeting closer to Helena. I am set to have Lap-Band in June by Dr. Wellborn and he requires that you attend one support group meeting before surgery and then four after surgery. I was just hoping to find a meeting closer to home so that I could save some money because of the outrageous gas prices!! Any help would be great!! Thanks, Karen
