Great idea Susan! Denise, Deniseg, Barbara Garcia Home: Monticello, AR Surgery: Lap RNY 01/19/2007 Doctor: Mark Gibbs Hospital: Baptist in LR Starting Stats: 5'2", 246lbs. Current Weight: 207lbs.---39lbs. down, 72 to go!...I've also lost 31inches!! I know I'm a slow loser, but I'm just fine with that because I have never lost this much weight/inches in my life and I've never felt better about myself. No regrets here! Now, somebody give me pep talk about exercise...I've been really lax on it lately. Denise

Rah, rah, sis boom bah! Ok, I was never a cheerleader, couldn't fit into one of those stupid skirts they wear! If I had been able to exercise, I'd probably be done by now, but still I'm not complaining on how I've done. I don't think 10 lbs a month is all that slow, it's 2.5 lbs a week, which sure is better than other weight loss methods. All that matters is that you're comfortable with your progress and you're feeling well. Now get off your butt and to walk LOL Susan

Thanks so much for thinking of me, Susan. I made it through. The last 2 days have been pretty rough-my port sight was killing me. That was the only thing that hurt. I also found out I had a hernia that he needed to repair so that may be why I more pain also. Tonight I washed my hair and am actually sitting up and feeling better. I still can't believe it's over-kinda surreal. I'm excited to see some changes in the next few months. Thanks for remembering me. Have a happy day! Kelly
