Have some sunshine!!!

Well, today is Friday the 13th, but since I am not superstitious (sp) I dont care. It is raining thundering and lightning in Fordyce today. Kinda upsets me b/c we were supposed to ride in a parade this afternoon, but you know what, its ok. Because I have not been able to walk for 2 1/2 weeks since I have been so sick, I decided that today is the day to start over. Im heading out to the door to the gym to start over!!! Wish me luck, I need to get this thigh flab out the door!!! Hugs to everyone, Rhonda

I'm not superstitious either, just cautious!! Bummer about the parade, just when you're were able to really start riding too. Oh well, at least you're getting out to the gym. It's amazing how much exercise you can get while walking around on crutches. I'm going to have awesome biceps by the time this is over. Have a great weekend, Susan
