Hi Kathy, Did you know there are forums for just the type of surgery you have? Go to the top of this page to "forums", drop down that window, then hit on they type of surgery you want to see/ask questions on. I'm sure you'll get lots and lots of info there, but just beware, everyone thinks their surgery is the BEST, and their surgeon and his way of doing things are the BEST, so as you do your research to find the right answer for yourself, you might want to "filter out" what you think is good info from what might not sit right with you. You're doing the right thing, you'll be so much happier in the long run. Take it easy, Susan
