FRIDAY MORNING SURGERY

This time tomorrow I will be a looser!! Met with Dietition, did my pre-op stuff, gave blood, then more blood, ekg and all that stuff then met with Dr. Gibbs. Wow! By the time we got finished at the hospital it was 5:30. We were late leaving the hospital grabbed a quick dinner and finally home at 8:00! Ya know I can't eat anything after 7pm Ran out of time at the hospital and did not get to see Jodi. Boy I hate that. I plan on seeing her Saturday morning. I am so impressed with Gibbs!He was so patient with me and my questions (and I had plenty). Hubby really likes him also. Had lots & lots of company when we finally got home, and the phone has rang off the hook. I am ready for some quiet time.I will not get to come home until at least Monday so I won't post till next week. Hope everyone has a Happy Easter! Thanks for the emails, thoughts & prayers. It is very much appreciated. I could not have gotten thru these last 2 months of waiting without you guys! Much Love & Huggs to everyone. Rhonda 9 hours and waiting! Ok, my little butt is swishing back and forth on the bench to get it nice and shiny for you! I'm so glad you like Dr Gibbs, he's such a great surgeon, and having confidence in your doctor is so important to your success. Of the two times I've seen him, both times were rushed, due to the nature of the medical business, but he answered all my questions and certainly did a wonderful job with the surgery. Sorry you didn't get to see Jodi, I'm sad that I can't see either one of you, so you'll just have to know my thoughts and prayers are with both of you. Best wishes for a speedy recovery!!!
