Tina, I think you have to attend Baker's seminar. That is where he lays out his rules and goes into great detail. You have to sign an attendance roster to prove you were there. He is absolutlely the best dr. Johnnie, 41 pounds!!! That is great. I lost like 39 in my first month, and I would be losing more, but I have not been able to walk for 2 1/2 weeks b'c of pollen and allergies has my asthma messed up bigggggg time. does anyone know if Dr. Baker requires supervised diets prior to surgery? i dont have any supervised diets but have tried alot of over the counter stuff.
