Welcome Stacy Free!
Welcome Stacy. I noticed you are from Conway also. I love it here. Congrads on your surgery tomorrow! We will have you and LuAnne both in our prayers. Hey.....you two may end up being neighbors in the hospital! I am assuming you will be at Baptist.
Let us hear from you when you get home!

You are so funny! LOL I know now it is OK for me to show my blonde! I am sooooo scattered, covered, smothered, chunked, and topped! Girl I quit smoking almost 2 years ago also! That is so comical that we both use to smoke.
I do NOT miss them one bit. I do hate the 45 lbs I gained..
OK, Yes I am doin' those darn shakes! My Doc does not require them but I want to be in good physical shape for surgery. Until I can make friends with my new pouchie, I won't be eathing much of anything so I wanted to have some vitimins and protien built up. It may or may not do any good but it won't hurt. I am taking vitimins also. I bought me a Magic Bullet blender. I went to www.bariatriceating.com and purchased myself several of the protien drink samples, went to Walmart and got some choc & vanilla protien shake mixes and ordered some divinci sugar free syrups, went to the health food store and bought more protien mix samples. I have been experimenting for almost 2 week now. I also have a big can of myocal or something like that I got from Dr. X (you know the 1st Doc I went to). I will send you a PM with some recipies on there. Hope it helps. It probably won't - - - It is just us having the heebie-jeebies, I think we will call it "Post Stress-o-matic Bypass Syndrome". I can not get my house clean to save my life. I work on it everyday and just can't seem to get finished........probably too much company. My kids are getting married 07/07/07. Now look....not both my kids! Just my son and his girlfriend of almost 7 years so I call them my kids. We wanted everything done before my surgery and finished everything up today except the photographer.
I also was wondering about LuAnne & Stacey. Maybe we will hear something by Monday or Tuesday.
Stay busy this weekend-

Rhonda 13 long days to go
Well, everything went great. I'm back at work today. My biggest compaint was that my neck hurting. Right now, I'm just working on getting my energy level up, which is normal after any surgery. So far, eating has been really easy for me..I'm sure that it will get a little more difficult. I had my surgery at St. Vincent. I love Conway a lot too, I have lived there for three years, and I love it.
