Would enjoy a local Band Buddy, anyone intrested?

I had my band done 2-23-07, just 3 weeks ago!! I would love to connect with others that are from this area for support, & to offer support! I live near Searcy. I would enjoy swapping ideas to help in my journey to better health. I am a stay at home wife, mom & grandmother! Any takers???? Thanks Anita

Anita, I was banded by Dr. Wellborn on 1/4 and I met a "buddy" in his office. It just so happened that the girl I was sitting beside in the waiting room was from NWest Arkansas the same as me. We have started walking together two days a week and it has really helped to have someone to talk with. A suggestion might be to talk to the girls in the office and see if they know anybody from your area that they could introduce you to. Worst case scenerio, you just have to talk to the strangers in the waiting room and maybe you'll get lucky. GOOD LUCK in your journey. Shannon
