Headed for 1 month checkup

Well, today is the day I see Dr. Baker for my one month checkup. Im excited, but nervous at the same time. Ive always had white coat syndrome, I guess my main objective is just to find out what Ive lost according to his scales. Last week when I weighed, I had lost 34 lbs, but you never know how his scales compare to these Ive been using. I'll let everyone know when I get home.
