Dr. Gibbs is also my Doc and altho I am not scheduled for surgery till 04/06, I have nothing but praise to say about Dr. Gibbs and his staff. Godd luck girl and keep us updated. Rhonda

I am wanting to say something about the Insurance waiting list,.. There has been a run here lately on weight loss surgery and the Dr's Offices are getting overwhelmed with calls and patients wanting to have surgery, the problem with the insurance part of it is the insurance companise, they are wanting more and more critarias met before the patients are able to have the surgery and when you get the information submitted then you have to input all the information into the computer and then you can submit a letter to the insurance company, people this takes alot of computer work and dealing with phone calls to the insurance companies. Please be patient with this part of it,.. i use to do this work and it takes a long time sometimes but its worth the wait... you can get into the Dr's office quicker if you are a cash pay cause you dont have the critaria to meet as you do with the insurance companies,..
