Well, I go from being depressed about doing this and then I go to happy I did this. I just never knew how important my food really meant to me until now. I am glad I did this for my health which is good and I wanted to keep it that way for awhile and I look at all the older womn in my family and they are all big and I didn't want to look like that but I am missing my food I ain't gonna lie.Even though I don't ever feel hungry I make myself eat 3 times a day, and it is very hard to get all my liquids in like I supposed to. I am still pretty sore where my 5 little incisons are, yes I did have to open my bottle of pain medicine when I got home maybe I am a wuss but I hurt. No vomitting yet so I guess I am doing something right. This protein stuff is hard to get in too. If any of ya'll have any tips fo me please do let me know about them. I go to my post-op appt with Dr. Gibbs March 8th so I will let everyone know how much I lost and all that good stuff. I hope to goodness I never have to go inpatient at Baptist Hosp again I didn't like it at all, and I am a nurse so I knew what they were supposed to be doing and wasn't being done. Well, anyway I hope everyone has a good day, hope the storms don't get to bad this evening. If anyone has any questions or advice please let me know I would grately appreciate it.
