I have registered for Dr. Wellborn's March 6 seminar, hope to meet some of you there. Now the question... for those who have Medicare..... Do you have to have your part paid up front or can you pay it out. From what I have gathered, this varies by surgeon. Anyone have the answer for Dr. Wellborn? Thanks, Carolyn

I'll be there too... then Luttrell's seminar on the 7th... Lots of driving but it got me out of night classes for 2 days so there's a plus.. I requested info from Baker's office and it was kinda confusing and somewhat contradictory. So, I am juggling between Wellborn and Luttrell. Susan

I think there is a 400 dollar fee that is over and above what your copayment is and they explained it to my son as money for seminars and all of that. All the bariatric surgeons charge this amount.

i went to dr. wellborn's seminar last week. it last an hour longer than they say, but it was worth every minute. he gets into why the surgery works. he explains so much. if they would except my insurance i'd schedule surgery with him today.
