A mini WOW moment

I was beginning to get frustrated and down because the scales haven't moved in over 2 wks. Then this morning I put on a fitted jacket for church that I usually have to leave open because the buttons were too tight. I could button the first two but that last one was always a little tight and I certainly couldn't sit down with it buttoned. Well, not only could I button it all the way down but I could sit down with it buttoned with room to spare, it was actually a little big on me I was shocked! Just wanted to share this little victory with everyone! Take care, Denise

Good morning Denise, That's more than just a little wow....it's terrific! Did you take your measurements before surgery? If you didn't, now is a great time to do it. Next time you hit a stall, take your measurements. It's surprising to see how many inches you've lost, and the boost in your morale helps a lot to keep you encouraged when the scale won't.

That's great news. Isn't it great when clothes fit that were too small or tight or uncomfortable before?
