Good Wet Saturday Morning!

Good Morning Everyone! Man we are in for a REALLY wet weekend. This girl is stayin home! LOL Not much happening here this weekend. I did last night go to a "One Stroke" painting class at Michaels and had a really good time. I actually did better at it than I thought. lol So now I have something to occupy my this weekend since I dont want to be out in the rain. So it looks like our WLS neighbors are starting to come out, this is GREAT!!! Dont be shy folks, we'd love to know who you are. Romper Stomper Bomper Boo, Tell Me Tell Me Tell Me Do. I see.........................(

Hey Chick. I spent all day yesterday driving down to the diamond mine, well, we did stop for rock shopping, then we got there and spent an hour or so pouring through wet clay. It really was fun. Jan and I found some really nice rocks, no diamonds. Anyway, we really wanted to head up to see Susan, but we were all so tired and if we had gone that way, we would not have gotten home until midnight and I was so tired as was the other travellers. Anyway, I am looking forward to our next get together. Oh, the ice is supposed to pound us out by night, but I have heard a little hitting the windows. I would love to learn to paint, but there are not enough hours in the day. Hope you have a great weekend.

Hi Jeannie, Sounds like ya'll had fun. I've been dealing with a pain in the butt 16yr old. LOL Needless to say, he got himself grounded. I've been playing with the paint today and shampooing the carpet. Oh what fun! We need to plan a date to get together again, hopefully sooner than later. Let me know what you think. Cathi

Oh the joys of motherhood. I dare say that life gets better once they get out of their teens, but as the children age, their problems only become more complicated and their needs more expensive. But, the good news, they are growing up. Yes, we need to plan. I'll check my calandar and see when is good and put some dates out there. I'm thinking either Saturdays or Sundays will be best.

A Sunday works, I know Susan usually works on sat...But it really doesntmake a difference to me which day. Cathi

Good Saturday everyone! It's cold and rainy in NW Arkansas! It's suppose to turn to ice tonight and tomorrow. Burrrrrrrrr. Good to see more activity on the AR board!
