What is new on New Year's Day

It's official, I am now 52 and climbing. I have one party to hit and it's in my honor so I have to go but after that, I am spending the rest of this New Year's Day reading. It's cold here but at least the sun is out and no rain. I read where anothe big diamond was found at the diamond park. My friend, Jan from the Missouri board, is coming here to visit the weekend of the 12th and we are going to find the first diamonds of 07. It looks like we are going to meet for coffee a week from today. I hope that is agreeable with everyone. Geri Rowlands: Good luck on your upcoming sugery. I hope the smoking thing doesn't interfere with the surgery or your recovery, but please quit before you have the surgery. Susan, I think a week from today would be just fine. I will put a post up or you can announcing our plans and invite everyone who wants to join us. Pick the time and place. Tina, what about having your surgery at the medical center? A friend of mine had her surgery there and said she was treated great and the nurses there were well trained. At least there you would not have to have so much money down. Cathi, get your travelling shoes on, we are nearing our meeting. Carla, you and your friend can either meet me Alma or I can pick you guys up in Fort Smith. Let me know. More plans coming.
