Wow, looks like we are getting a few folks gathered to revive the board and meet up and have lunch or coffee or something. It's cold and rainy here in Fayetteville. I'm happy my son has decided to host his friends over at his place, that's one less to worry about. Tonight, I'm going to stay up as late as I can and ring in the new year, or hopefully ring it in. When I was younger, my neighbor, every New Year's Eve, would run out at exactly midnight and shoot five shots in the air. I once asked him why five and he said, if I shoot six, I might get caught. So, five it was. He died a few years ago and I wanted so badly to shoot five shots into the air, but alas, I have never shot a gun before. Tina I know what you mean about being so busy with a baby. I hope, though, you are taking the time to do for yourself. Your husband sounds like a busy man too. What is he going to school for? Your mom will do the seminar when she is ready. My son is going through the process to have his wls and he has the same insurance as I, so I know they will pay, but he is dragging his feet. He worked in Ozark for a long time. Susan, I think we have about four folks thus far. I am so excited about meeting you guys. That's the best thing about living in a small state, we can pretty much meet up in a day and be home for supper. Carla, please tell me you will join us. That would be so great. Do you have any plans for tonight? For me, trying to stay up past eight will be a wonder. Hey Cathy aka as mom. I'm ready to get things rocking here. My friend who is on the Missouri board said that when she first started going there, it was as dead as our board, but with her posting the what's happening, people began coming out of lurkdom. I hope it works for us and there is no reason why we can't support each other every day here and meeting up once or twice a month. Hopefully others will join. that's about all I have. Hope you all have a great NYE and stay safe and warm.

Hi All, My DH just left for the third night in a row of closing the store. He works for Starbuck's, so he'll get home about 11:00 tonight. My mother-in law is still here, leaves tomorrow morning at 7:05, but who's counting? She's become quite annoying, so trying to stay patient with her is getting harder every day. My husband working has been unaviodable, so it will be just her and I for tonight. Someone please just shoot me, please! I'm really looking forward to getting together too. Maybe a week from today? Susan
