i HAVE SENT OFF MY THINGS THAT THE INSURANCE COM WANTED NOW i AM WAITING TO BE APPROVED. BUT DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MUCH THE SURGEON BILL USUALLY RUNS i AM TRYING TO GET A ETIMATE OF HOW MUCH MONEY I WILL NEED UP FRONT

Most surgeons want you to upfront about 400 bucks, in addition to what your insurance doesn't pay. My son is using one of the doctors in Little Rock and he is having to pay the 400 on the day they do the EGD. His insurance will pay most of the rest but he will have to make payment arrangements for that which the insurance doesn't pay. I would say, contact the surgeon's office and ask them for the amount.
