Have only lost 18 lbs in 6 months

Is there anyone out there that like myself is not losing? I had my surgery on 6/8/06 at a starting weight of 228 and now am 210. I have the smallest Inamed band 9.75 and on my fourth fill received 3.7cc's. I cannot eat large amounts of food and I am exercising twice a week but not losing. Can anyone relate? Thanks.

You need to go back to your surgeon then...Explain to him/her that you can't eat..And arnt getting enough calories for you metabolism to start..For you to lose weight...If you have problems with your surgeon try contacting another one!
