Hypoglycemia

I am experienceing hypoglycemia and it is very worrisome to say the least. I am a diabetic even though after the surgery I was able to immediately stop taking my glucose. They hypoclycemia started some time this spring. It sneaks up on me and often happens at night. Can anyone tell me how to manage this? Thanks so much,
