Having Lap on July 20 w/Dr. Wellborn

Hey Kim! Just wanted to say hi....Dr. Baker did my surgery (I don't know exactly what their deal is--share offices but private practices or something???)....anyway, congratulations on your decision. Hey Kim--Does Dr. Wellborn require you to go to the WLS support group at Baptist--or the Lap-Band support group? I have to go to at least 4 per year and I went the other night to the WSL support group meeting at Baptist and I think I was the only person with a band there. Just curious if you'll be having to do to some of these.... Kathy

Kathy He does require me to go to at least four meetings a year. I will be going to the Lap-Band support meeting at St. Vincents Terrace Room. The first one I will be going to is Tuesday night at 6:30. My surgery isn't until Thursday, but I have to go to the hospital on Wednesday. Then I will be staying overnight close to the hospital. I think the Lap-Band meetings are only once a month. I would love to see you there! 3 days and counting.... Kim
