Great! Thank you, Christy. Moberly Manor on Phyllis St. looks really nice and the price is right! Do you know if it's a fairly nice area? Melodie

It's not in a completely residential area. However, it provides easy access to the interstate ... shopping. It's directly across from The Links Complex (I thought it was part of the Links)... a few minutes from Walmart HQ (depending on traffic). Walmart's workout facility is located right in between the two... quick to shopping and movies. Lindsey appears to take good care of their properties. They are building more complexes here ... they're just a little behind on the multifamily side. We purchased a new home instead of moving into an apartment first. If I had to pick an apartment complex in Bentonville, it would have been one of those two. Good luck! Christi

Hi Christi ~ We found a good deal for Steven at Turtle Creek Apts. on 22nd St. in Rogers, AR. The price was right; $370/mo. with a pool, basketball court, and a washer & dryer in the apartment. It's about 10 miles from the corporate office. He felt good about it and is going to try it out for a 6 mo. lease. I sent the deposit and application fee via overnight mail. I hope it's a nice area. The lady said it was close to stores and a nice park. Are you familiar with this area at all? Melodie

I kind of live in that area. I live off of Walnut which is the main drag through town. It is a nice area and should he should be quite happy with it. There are a lot of things to do just up the street off of Olive its resturant row. We have a lot of resturants going in over there. There is a Barnes and Noble, Kohl's, Gap, Old Navy and Belk. Its a nice area. Jan

That is so encouraging, Jan!! Thank you so much for sharing your experience! He's our first child and of course, he is special to us. He has lived at home all through college and this will be his first experience on his own. I think he will do fine. I'm praying that he really loves his job and that he makes a lot of good friends. He's smart, good looking, great personality, and best of all, He loves the Lord and has served as a music minister here while attending college. I have a question for you ~ is the cost of living in that area very high? Like, how much is gas per gallon, and how much is a gallon of milk? Thanks for your time in answering my questions. Melodie
